Carpet Village (our parent company) started in May of 1969 under the name of Moore’s Carpet Services as a carpet installation company. Five years later, Carpet Village was born, expanding rapidly to become one of the premier commercial flooring companies in Southwest Virginia. In 1996, the business was expanded to include Carpet Factory Outlet, a family owned and operated business. Carpet Factory Outlet has become one of the largest “in stock” flooring companies in Southwest Virginia. We have completed numerous new and renovation jobs throughout the region.
Carpet Factory Outlet has provided flooring to this region for over 30 years. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.
